What Doulas Do<\/div>\n\n\n\n

You prepare, inform, and advocate through every stage.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A doula is a trained birth and postpartum companion who supports people through pregnancy, labor, and delivery. You answer questions, provide comfort, and ensure families have the emotional and physical presence they need throughout the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
